We work with agencies in various industries including Law Enforcement, Fire Rescue, EMS, Healthcare, and Aviation. Since 2006, PowerDetails has ensured transparency and accountability in detail coordination, helping to enforce agency policies and CALEA Accreditation standards.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at PowerDetails. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including communication with clients, providing demonstrations, identifying problems, offering solutions and proposals. The Sales Specialist will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong sales skills
    • Experience providing software demonstrations
    • Knowledge of sales management techniques

    Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:

    • Experience in the public safety industry
    • Familiarity with SaaS platforms
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Associate or Bachelor's Degree
