    VP Digital Transformation H/F - Boston, MA, United States - Prudential Annuities Distributors (PAD)

    As a Vice President, Delivery in the Chief Technology Office, you will specialize in both the agile portfolio & delivery management across a significantly sized business group in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure key business area activities are executed in line with the larger business strategy.

    In addition to your deep expertise and experience in delivery and business management, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership demeanor and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.

    Lead CTO's agile portfolio and delivery management function and teams.
    Guide and influence the execution of the technology strategy via agile principles.
    Lead technology workforce management across all Agile teams within the organization.
    Provide functional guidance on workforce management strategies for agile teams, including embedded technology teams, where relevant.
    Partner with CIOs and key leaders to set and manage multi-year forecast.

    Responsible for the delivery and reporting of accountability metrics or OKRs within the business unit and with other groups such as VMO, etc.

    Ensure the effective execution of business area activities relative to audit, compliance, resource management, engagement, and work environment.
    Direct experience managing and leading agile teams, and cross collaborating with other technology organizations.
    Fluency in multiple Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework, with proven expertise in scaling and delivery across teams
    Proficiency in multiple Agile delivery toolchains including Jira, Jira Align, and Miro.
    Maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles/theory and stays current on advancements within the field.
    Shares knowledge internally & externally, builds the community and raises technical/business acumen of the team.

    Note:

    Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
