Job Scope:
Work responsibilities include equipment selection, aggregate flow analysis, drafting and conceptual proposal creation, equipment and plant quotation preparation, support with equipment/plant starting, and involvement in plant optimization studies.
Essential Duties:
Maintain expert-level product knowledge and application.
Conduct aggregate flow analysis and plant optimization studies, offering suggestions.
Perform field measurement chores and acquire survey data.
Listen, comprehend, and communicate customer requirements.
Create conceptual drawings.
Prepare internal cost estimates and offer proposals for external clients.
Basic timetable and schedule development.
Create scopes of work for contractor bids, including concrete, construction, and electrical
Travel visit client sites to discuss bid proposals.
Develop and maintain connections with both vendors and customers.
Secondary Duties:
Maintain an overall safe working environment.
Assist the contract crushing and rental divisions.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain and comprehend the internal estimate form.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to utilize 2D/3D CAD software; AutoCAD/Inventor preferable.
Understanding of industrial terminology for equipment, parts, and procedures.
Ability to utilize process simulation software, such as AggFlow and/or Bruno.
Capable of using Microsoft Office programs and other apps
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
Two to three years of related experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Individual must be prepared for:
Reaching - 10% of shift
Bending - 15% of shift
Pushing - 10% of shift
Pulling - 10% of shift
Climbing - 5% of shift
Sitting - 60% of shift
Overhead work - 0% of shift
Standing - 20% of shift
Walking - 30% of shift
Lifting up to 50 pounds - 10% of shift

Work Environment:
Work takes happen in a climate-controlled office, a company-owned service shop, or a crusher facility. The office has a low loudness, however the store and crusher site are rather noisy.
The crushing site requires personal protection equipment such as steel toe boots, a hard hat, safety glasses, and ear plugs/muffs.
Individuals may be exposed to high or low temperatures.Career Ladder:
