- Develop and execute material plans to support cell therapy production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to assess demand forecasts and ensure alignment with production goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize excess or obsolete inventory while maintaining continuity of supply.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the supply chain, proactively resolving issues related to material availability or quality.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize cost and quality.
- Utilize ERP systems and other planning tools to track materials, monitor order status, and generate reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience with cell therapy manufacturing highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality standards applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite.
