Assist in managing and supporting various litigation processes.Review, negotiate, draft, and revise commercial contracts, including service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, procurement agreements, and more.
Manage the intake of contract requests and conduct internal client interviews to understand issues and provide advice on best practices.
Maintain strong business relationships with internal groups requiring legal support.Keep the legal department informed of significant developments in a timely manner, using sound business and legal judgment.
Provide legal support in specific areas as directed by the General Counsel.
Proven experience in the legal field.
Familiarity with a variety of legal documents.
Effective at building rapport with clients.
degree from an accredited law school and have passed the California State Bar Examination.
A minimum of two (2) years of work experience prior to attending law school, with a preference for candidates with litigation support experience.
