    Description
    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    • Support Service Technicians by researching parts, placing orders for parts needed or pulling parts from inventory to complete jobs.
    • Compile and submit estimates per processes that are in place
    • Login and handle warranty parts and paperwork
    • Communicate with Dispatchers when necessary
    • Reconcile and distribute petty cash
    • Assist the Inventory Clerks when needed
    • Any other duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Possess a valid Texas Driver's License
    • Clean driving record and background check
    • Professional communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications
    • Prefer previous knowledge or experience in Sage/MAS
    • Work successfully in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
    • Establish and maintain tactful, courteous, and effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the general public.
    • Be a self-motivator, be decisive and take the initiative to do what is needed.
    • Must be efficient and organized to handle multiple task assigned at the same time.
    • Must be able to work overtime, holidays, nights and weekends when needed.
    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    • High School or GED Equivalent
    • 1+ years experience in customer service preferred
    • Experience in the industry or a similar role preferred
    WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    • Office/Warehouse environment
    • Open area makes it difficult to hear at times
    • Multiple or conflicting demands, time pressures and deadlines.
    • Standard 40 hours a week
