- Capability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Outgoing Personality with excellent conversational skills
- Prior sales or marketing experience is advantageous but not obligatory
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle needed
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Completion of a video interview assessment as part of the application process
- You will receive an email for the initial interview process
- Allocate 15-20 minutes for a self-guided assessment with questions and games
- Choose a quiet recording spot and be ready in front of the camera
- Use a smartphone, tablet, or desktop with enabled camera and microphone
- Respond to questions with preparation time, recording time, and a re-recording chance
- Showcase your skills, experience, and personality during the interview
- Immediate hiring needs, complete the process promptly for consideration
- $18 per hour with uncapped weekly bonuses

We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to kickstart a journey of learning and development with abundant opportunities. In this exciting part-time role, you will visit various retail locations and events in your area, engaging with numerous homeowners to generate leads and arrange free in-home consultations for our sales representatives.
