    Description


    Lotus Concepts is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing join our expanding, full service, upscale bar and restaurant group with creative menus and chef driven concepts.

    The Director of Marketing is primarily responsible for the tactical marketing execution for each brand within our portfolio, Including marketing communications, digital advertising, website, online profiles, email, public relations, social media, local restaurant marketing, menus and POS materials, and event marketing.

    This role requires the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy.


    Candidate Requirements:


    Previous experience working with a full-service hospitality brand with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in a director, VP, or similar leadership role.

    Proven track record of successfully handling and prioritizes multiple projects while working against tight timelines.
    Provide mentorship and inspiration to a team of up to 10 direct reports to meet ambitious goals.

    Have a passion for the food and beverage industry with a strong network and knowledge of Denver restaurants, bars, and influential peoples, as well as trends in other major markets.

    On top of trends and able to bring inspiration to fruition with a sense of urgency.
    Ability to take responsibility of department to ensure successful outcomes.
    Demonstrate an exceptional sense of creativity and possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    45-50+ hour work week, including nights and weekends.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications and/or Business required.

    Primary Responsibilities:
    Engage with brand platform/campaign to ensure fresh, exciting messaging reflective of each Brands' DNA.
    Create and direct annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendar for all brands.
    Oversee monthly content calendar for social media and promotions.

    Create and direct traffic driving campaigns leveraging PMIX and sales data to create promotions, events, and a mix of digital, print, and social content.

    Works with individual restaurant operations to promote events and activities specific to their brand or location.
    Create, proofread, and edit copy for various brand marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
    Conduct both broader and local market research and analyze competitive trends.
    Manage external vendors for production and fulfillment of marketing materials.
    Oversee support from brand partners for events.
    Oversee ideation and execution of PR media and influencer events.
    Successfully execute marketing for new restaurant openings
    Develop sales tools and marketing campaigns in support of the events/sales team.
    Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing.
    Work with restaurant operations leadership to ideate sales building promotions.
