We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to accurately assess costs and prepare detailed estimates for a wide range of commercial construction projects throughout New York City.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze project specifications, architectural drawings, and other documentation to develop comprehensive cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments.
    • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and ensure alignment with project requirements.
    • Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to prepare detailed cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator with a focus on commercial projects in the New York City market.
    • Strong proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Thorough understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, building codes, and industry best practices.
