The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects under a common goal to support a program at PSJH. This role involves collaborating with business/facility leadership, intake and governance teams, as well as IS groups needed to implement IS services and technology. Acting as the main link between business/facility executive leadership and the resource managers of all IS teams, the Program Manager engages with executive leadership and updates on program progress. Responsibilities include managing processes to achieve program objectives, handling change, and resolving issues across project teams and departments. This is done by planning, organizing, directing, and supervising program activities efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
