Responsibilities:
Managing and leading a growing team, including a senior ad ops role, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Manage quality assurance for ad trafficking, creation, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
Demonstrating proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and present findings in a clear and visually compelling manner.
Configure attribution models and provide insights to enhance campaign performance.Deliver regular status updates and reports to internal teams, clients, and account management, highlighting campaign progress and addressing any outstanding deliverables or issues.
Recommend campaign setup frameworks aligned with media plan objectives, optimizing reporting and performance outputs.Actively contribute to account status meetings, team updates, and client engagements.
Identify and escalate potential challenges to relevant stakeholders, proposing solutions as needed.
Share best practices to optimize campaign launches and streamline workflow processes.
Conduct floodlight audits across client sites and develop tagging strategies as required.
Provide technical support to clients during campaign setup, ensuring smooth execution.
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and automation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to listen effectively.Additional Desired Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
Familiarity with HTTP response codes and their meanings.
