    Business Development Executive - Staffing

    Location: Jersey City, NJ or Fairfax, VA (Exceptional remote candidates are considered.)

    Job Description:

    As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on identifying and acquiring new clients who require staffing solutions in targeted industries. Leveraging your sales expertise, you will promote our services and establish enduring relationships with prospective clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and Outreach: Utilize diverse methods such as internet research, cold calling, networking, attending events, and referrals to identify and engage prospective clients within targeted industries. Maintain a consistent outreach schedule, making high volume calls per week, with the aim of securing callbacks and initiating meaningful conversations.
    • Engagement: Research and engage prospective clients to understand their structure, workforce needs, and challenges. Use strategic communication to highlight our ability to provide top-tier talent aligned with their objectives. Tailor proposals to address their staffing needs, ensuring competitive advantage.
    • Order Management: Collaborate closely with internal staffing consultants to efficiently fulfill client needs, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of staffing solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the staffing process, providing personalized support and engagement.
    • Client Re-engagement: Work collaboratively with the team to revitalize relationships with dormant clients and explore opportunities for re-engagement.
    • Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by addressing concerns promptly and delivering results that exceed expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of 1-3 years in sales, with a focus on acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining integrity and honesty.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
