'Die Winch Industry GmbH is an innovative company specializing in the development, distribution, and sales of technical products. Our areas of expertise range from OEM, industrial, to private customers. We primarily sell our products online through various platforms, as well as directly through our online shops. Our product range includes technical products such as winches, lifting equipment, and automotive lighting solutions, as well as lifestyle products such as roof tents and camping accessories. Our motivated team, located in Gersthofen, north of Augsburg, is looking for your support in technical sales on a full-time basis (40 hours/week).


Responsibilities:

  • Customer consultation through various communication channels
  • Independent establishment and maintenance of sustainable customer relationships (B2B, B2C)
  • Independent calculation, creation, and processing of offers and orders
  • Representation of the company at events, such as customer events or trade fairs

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

  • Minimum completed vocational training, ideally with several years of experience in the commercial/technical field
  • Experience and enjoyment in sales of technical products
  • Technical understanding and affinity for our product range
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • First experience with merchandise management systems

Soft Skills:

  • High level of customer orientation
  • Independent, efficient, and structured way of working
  • High level of commitment and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills in German and English additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
