Responsibilities:

  • As managing director of Bayernhaus Projektentwicklung GmbH, you will steer the strategic and entrepreneurial development of the company
  • You will be responsible for the project development of demanding residential and commercial construction projects, with a focus on multistory residential buildings and an annual turnover of 40 million €
  • In addition to the main location in Nuremberg, you will also lead the Saxony branch with projects in Dresden and Leipzig, with the support of a local branch manager
  • Your strength lies, among other things, in building and maintaining a strong network in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, ensuring a sustainable project pipeline
  • Your tasks will also include leading and developing your team members
  • You can rely on the support of our sister company BGP Baugruppe Generalplanung GmbH for the entire planning process
  • The realization of your projects will also be seamless with the support of our sister company Tauber Bau Hoch
