    Description

    KOMPAN North America is looking for a Graphic Designer to deliver new creative assets that engage key audiences in our US market.

    As a new role within the North American team, you'll support the implementation of global and local digital marketing strategies, while working closely with the Marketing Manager to broadcast engaging content across multiple platforms.

    Who We Are

    For more than 50 years, KOMPAN has researched, designed, and built innovative and imaginative commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that captivate all ages and abilities.

    In collaboration with our global headquarters in Denmark, KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 sites a month across 90 different countries. Our North American headquarters, located in Austin, Texas, supports field sales around the U.S. and Canada.

    At KOMPAN, we take pride in our commitment to the global environment. We exceed sustainability efforts and make it possible to lower carbon emissions by utilizing recycled ocean waste, consumer-recycled plastics, and textile wastes to create playgrounds that are born green or made green.

    What You'll Do

    • Support the marketing and sales effort by being the visual storyteller for KOMPAN
    • Design banner ads, email templates, flyers, brochures, booklets, videos, and other content intended to spark customer interest
    • Stay up to date on industry and customer trends to inform the direction of content design
    • Assist with localizing global content for the website and various marketing campaigns
    • Track and maintain status updates for key projects and workflow

    What You'll Need

    • College degree preferred, with 3-5 years of related experience
    • Knowledge and experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)
    • Knowledge of social media best practices (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
    • Experience with Digital Advertising (LinkedIn, Meta, AdWords) a plus
    • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
    • Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
    • Self-sufficient and proactive in prioritizing tasks
    • Collaborative and supportive team player
    • Ability to pivot priorities as needed
