As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and compelling
designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Your
designs will play a pivotal role in driving marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and

Key Qualifications

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or comparable experience.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role (35 years experience).
  • Proficient in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Demonstrates a creative point of view and perspective, while maintaining brand consistency
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, including branding, advertising, and campaign development.
  • Experience working with vendors to prepare files for print.
  • Excellent knowledge of industry trends and emerging design techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Available for quick turnaround work and edits.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and marketingrelated
projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand & visual identity and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the visual elements complement the overall marketing message.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, infographics, and other materials as needed.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and marketing best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of design quality and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets for future reference and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure the
successful execution of marketing projects.
