As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating and compellingdesigns that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Your
designs will play a pivotal role in driving marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and

Key Qualifications
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or comparable experience.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role (35 years experience).
- Proficient in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Demonstrates a creative point of view and perspective, while maintaining brand consistency
- Familiarity with marketing concepts, including branding, advertising, and campaign development.
- Experience working with vendors to prepare files for print.
- Excellent knowledge of industry trends and emerging design techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Available for quick turnaround work and edits.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand & visual identity and marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement design strategies that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand recognition.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the visual elements complement the overall marketing message.
- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, infographics, and other materials as needed.
- Stay up to date with design trends and marketing best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of design quality and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
