to join their dynamic team.

Role OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Sales Director and is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the San Francisco Bay Area.
This position will focus on driving revenue growth and profitability through the sales of Gator Bio biomolecular label-free BLI instrumentation, consumables, and service support products.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass monthly and yearly sales goals in the assigned territory.
Identify, develop, and close key business opportunities within the life sciences research sector.
Craft and maintain strategic account plans to drive incremental growth.
Network with key decision-makers to build relationships and discover new opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Maintain up-to-date customer information using the Sales Force CRM system.
Present and explain our technology, applications, and the benefits of our products.
Collaborate with Field Application Scientists and the Service team to ensure effective product demonstrations and post-sales support.
Participate in trade shows, educational sessions, and user group meetings.
Qualifications:
Education:
Advanced degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years in capital equipment sales.
Proven track record of selling bioanalytical instruments and reagents to biotech, biopharma, and life science research labs.
Knowledge of Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI), Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), or ELISA highly regarded.
Skills:
Self-motivated and sales-driven, with strong organizational skills for executing sales plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport at all levels.
Must reside within the San Francisco Bay Area and be able to travel 30-40%, including overnight trips.
Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force or other CRM tools.
