    Description
    As the

    Chief Financial Officer

    (CFO), you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial aspects of the business and driving strategic initiatives to optimize profitability, ensure financial stability, and support long-term growth objectives. Working closely with the executive team, you will provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to inform decision-making and drive operational excellence.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives to optimize profitability, minimize risks, and support sustainable growth objectives.


    Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement, to provide timely and accurate financial insights to the executive team and stakeholders.


    Establish and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

    Oversee financial reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.

    Manage capital allocation and investment decisions, evaluating opportunities for business expansion, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships to drive value creation.


    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate financial risks, optimize resource allocation, and support decision-making to achieve business objectives.

    Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.


    Proven track record of senior financial leadership and executive management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.

    Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

    Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage change, and navigate complex financial challenges with creativity and resilience.

    Knowledge of the mid-term rental market landscape and industry trends is a plus.
