    You:

    As the Senior Director of Business Development, you will lead our sales efforts and spearhead organic growth and expansion initiatives with both new and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth.

    Drawing upon your expertise in business, sales strategies and relationship management, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. You will collaborate closely with our account service team to develop compelling proposals and pitch presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.

    As we strive to become a global leader in connected experiences, your leadership and vision will be instrumental in driving our expansion into new markets and solidifying our position as a trusted partner for clients seeking to push the boundaries of creativity and technology.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow the business development pipeline
    • Develop and execute business and sales strategies to expand the business, increase revenue, and achieve strategic objectives
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and differentiate the company's products and services
    • Identify potential new markets and products and develop strategies to capitalize on them
    • Partner with the Account Service teams to identify and lead organic growth within existing client relationships.
    • Become an expert in the company's products and where they sit within the larger ecosystem
    • Travel to industry conferences, business development meetings, and trade shows
    • Own RFP process of new and existing clients

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in a creative, technology or services agency
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
