- Manage all administrative functions regarding land acquisition contracts and milestones.
- Coordinate seller acquisition closings with Ryan Homes and developer counsel, corporate office and seller's agent.
- Coordinate and complete contract amendments with outside legal counsel.
- Coordinate Phase I Environmental assessments and ensure insurance standards are met, that remediation actions are properly documented.
- Make recommendations for amending contract language for consistency with changing standards.
- Facilitate the flow of information, resolve issues and monitor timely performance of law firms.
- Assist developers with contracts, Deeds, HOA documentation, and filing of re-zoning and condominium applications.
- 2-4 years successful contract administration experience
- Associate or Bachelors degree
- Real Estate para-legal experience
- Homebuilding industry experience, a plus
