Creating Fascination:
Your Responsibilities

  • Taking over project management when establishing a business relationship with service partners
  • Building, supporting, and further developing service partners
  • Providing technical leadership for interdisciplinary teams
  • Participating in contract negotiations
  • Managing purchased MRO services from service partners
  • Acting as a liaison between operator, Liebherr, and service partners
  • Ensuring compliance with contractually defined parameters
  • Identifying, analyzing, coordinating, and implementing optimization potentials
  • Evaluating service partners in terms of delivery capability, price, quality, and reliability
  • Recording customer feedback, communicating and clarifying it internally and externally
  • Participating in the advance planning of maintenance events at Liebherr and service partners

Bringing Strengths:
Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the aviation industry
  • Indepth knowledge in the field of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
  • Very good knowledge of the ERP system Infor LN, the shop control system eLirom, and MS Office applications
  • Project management skills
  • Negotiation skills in German and English
  • Very good technical and economic understanding
  • Confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong team player
