Our client is a medium-sized company specializing in the development and production of X-ray equipment in the medical technology sector.
We will accompany you throughout the entire application process and provide you with detailed information about our client: 100% personal, professional and trustworthy. This job is to be filled as a permanent position with our client.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation, execution and follow-up of monthly payroll in SAP in compliance with current labor, tax and social security regulations
- First point of contact for employees and managers regarding time management and salary administration
- Collection of personnel-related data in SAP for the preparation of reports, personnel planning, statistics and forecasts
- Preparation of certificates and attestations as well as management of digital personnel files
YOUR PROFILE
As a personnel officer (m/f/d), you should bring the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
- Professional experience in the HR field with a focus on payroll and salary administration
- Knowledge of social security and labor law
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
