    This position can sit in our Baltimore, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago, Northern Virginia, San Diego, Seattle, Short Hills, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Tampa, or Wilmington office and offers a hybrid work schedule.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
    • 3 years' experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm environment
    • Knowledge of webinar operations and marketing
    • Experience on how to do and manage firm webinars
    • Proficient in working with Zoom or other webinar platforms
    • Excellent project management and organization skills
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict and moving deadlines
    • Confident with the ability to build relationships with internal and external contacts as well as practice and firm leaders
    • Ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

    What will your day look like?
    You will serve as a liaison for webinar support; this includes but is not limited to serving as the primary point of contact to drive the execution of the webinar such as joining planning calls, drafting electronic invites, scheduling tech runs, coordinating email schedules, requesting CLE credits, attending webinars while keeping the stakeholders informed.

    You will prioritize competing deadlines, anticipate client needs, and proactively troubleshoot to deliver accurate and valuable services on time. You will provide support to the firm's webinar programs by using strong organizational skills and exhibiting a strong attention to detail. This includes serving as a liaison to work cross-functionally to fulfill logo placements, branded content creation, and presence during webinars.

    You will utilize company resources to complete tasks, assist in compiling presentations, key metrics, and reports to leadership. You will utilize ServiceNow to track all workflow; InterAction for CRM; and Zoom webinar platform. You will assist with day-to-day requests such as bio updates, reports, and research per SLA turnaround times. As well as actively participating in lawyer meetings as requested/appropriate.

    Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
    Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

    The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in Los Angeles, Seattle, or San Diego is $ $53.30 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate's geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications.
