- Work collaboratively with your team to identify, develop, and implement account strategies to enhance existing business with Amazon.
- Establish and maintain connections with key decision-makers across various Amazon departments to address all sales-related matters effectively.
- Handle internal and external technical communications with executives and coordinate additional resources when necessary.
- Adopt innovative approaches to tackle challenges and meet customer needs. Upon necessity, cooperate with colleagues from different departments to enhance CrowdStrike's visibility and facilitate issue resolution.
- Collaborate with fellow sales engineers to ensure the success of shared accounts.
- Possess expertise in endpoint and network security, encompassing AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, and more.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Lead and oversee technical activities, proofs of value, and engagements with Amazon on a daily basis.
- Effectively communicate complex security issues to various audiences.
- Initiate tasks independently and exhibit strong self-motivation.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to address diverse external audiences and C-level executives.
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Background in senior sales engineering or at least 7 years of pertinent work experience.
- Familiarity with extensive cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, among others.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Hands-on experience in malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
- Familiarity with virtualization/VDI technologies.
- Knowledge of application devops security.
- Experience with Splunk, correlation rule concepts in popular SIEM tools, and various data ingestion methods.
- AWS Certifications.
- Understanding of the OSI model.
- Hold certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
