This is an active founding member position. No base salary. Base salary is deferred until post-seed funding, replaced by founding member equity.

Remote work is optional but must be willing to commit to regular team meetings and tasks.

As a Technical Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and driving its technical execution.

We are seeking an exceptional full-stack engineer with a proven track record of building complex, scalable software systems.

You will be responsible for architecting and developing the core technology that powers our healthcare delivery platform, leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and data science.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring the delivery of highquality, secure, and usercentric solutions.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using modern frameworks and cloudnative architectures.
  • Develop intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that provide patients with a seamless digital experience.
  • Integrate cuttingedge AI and NLP capabilities, such as conversational interfaces, predictive analytics, and personalized recommendations, to enhance healthcare delivery.
  • Ensure the platform's compliance with relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) and industry standards.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with our clinical, product, and business teams to align technology strategies with organizational goals.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and patientcentricity.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage advancements and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in fullstack software development, with a strong background in modern web technologies and cloudbased architectures.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable backend systems using frameworks like , Django, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Proficiency in building responsive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces using React, Angular, or
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, including experience with natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive modeling.
  • Handson experience with building conversational AI systems, leveraging platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Amazon Lex.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Proven experience in leading highperforming engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
