- Collaborate with Marketing team and stakeholders to develop innovative strategies and boost visibility, engagement, and growth for artists and Disney projects.
- Manage daily social media strategy, including partnerships and best practices.
- Assist in executing tactical social media campaigns, including the calendars, and copy (or approval of copy and posts) + seek Brand, XLOB and Legal approvals
- Communicate frequently with social media partners (Twitter, FB, IG, TikTok, etc.) to optimize relationships.
- Attend meetings to discuss social media support and ideas.
- Interface with Asset and Advertising team for asset creation.
- Analyze social media data and provide feedback on artist and project performance.
- Support Social Media Manager.
- Manage influencer strategy and campaign development.
- Coordinate content creation and editing with creators.
- Utilize internal programs like DNote, UMBI, Chartmetric, etc.
- Stay updated on social media trends for strategic application in catalog, soundtracks, and artist releases.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital/social marketing, preferably in music or entertainment.
- Familiarity with DSPs (Digital Streaming Partners), ideally with some working experience
- Passion for music and the evolving music industry landscape.
- Experience in digital marketing and social strategy.
