    Customer Service Assistant
    Summary:
    PrideStaff Financial is assisting a national manufacturer of metal roofing and building systems with twenty-one locations across America. The Woodland, CA branch has an opening on their Customer Service team for a Customer Service Assistant and we are searching for a data entry/administrative professional that enjoys being a part of a small but dynamic team.

    You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

    • Accurately key in customer orders quickly and efficiently into proprietary software program
    • Research and verifying inventory levels for sales orders
    • Update and maintain customer information in the database, making any necessary changes to records as needed
    • Maintain and follow up on emails as needed
    • Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry
    • Provide clerical support to the Customer Service Manager as needed
    • Work collaboratively within the customer service department and throughout the branch


    The most qualified candidates will have:

    • One year experience in a data entry or administrative support role in a customer-centric office setting
    • Phenomenal data entry accuracy and diligence
    • Comfort performing routine tasks
    • Professional communication skills
    • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other applications
    • Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry, ideally with residential roofing and/or siding preferred
    • High school diploma or GED
