Customer Service Associate / Cashier


Duties:

• Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locating items, and making recommendations
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

Skills:

• Cash register experience, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of wireless sales and technology products is a plus
• Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
• Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
