- Student ambassador to other student meetings to talk about McNair Scholar Program.
- Construct flyers for publicity of events (noticeboard, maser calendar, etc.).
- Publicize events on campus (distribute flyers, talk with other groups).
- Construct digital archieve of graduare profiles/
- Researcher: locate information related to graduate programs, conferences, fellowships, and undergraduate research to disserminate via web or email.
- Developt social media content.
- Create slideshow for in-office TV screen featuring graduates, student accomplishments, program data, etc.
- Note-taker for events.
- Proofread documents for distribution.
- Assist with infromation and logistics for events.
- Office overage when needed.
- Must be creative, persistent, and a problem solver.
- Must enjoy working with faculty, staff, and students.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
- Graphic design, marketing, or other equivalent major preferred.

Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student for the McNair Scholars Program on the Dahlonega campus. UNG's McNair Scholars Program seeks a motivate, dependable, and creative team member to assist in promoting The McNair Scholars Program across UNG's campuses. The FWS student chosen will assist in developing digital marketing materials and marketing strategy. The student will cary out this strategy under the guidance of existing office staff and in accordance with UNG regulation and procedures.
