We are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) as Executive Assistant to support our CEO in daily business. In this role, you will gain extensive insights into the daily tasks of a CEO of a global company and be an important part of our TRACTEBEL community.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting our CEO in creating presentations and reports on global projects and topics
  • Preparing ad hoc analyses and research, setting up and improving processes and best practices, and performing CEO back-office tasks
  • Assisting the management team with operational tasks in daily business
  • Organizing appointments and conferences
  • Supporting project teams in data analysis and report creation
