    Summary:
    Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. — Hybrid (In-State Only)

    As the Supervisor of Service Line Marketing, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for various service lines while also managing relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers.

    Your leadership will be critical in driving growth, enhancing patient referrals, and strengthening partnerships.


    Additional Information:
    Works cross-functionally with other marketing teams in the division (brand, content, marketing technology, media relations) and a variety of internal and external stakeholders
    Responsible for team hiring, work direction, and performance development.

    Responsible for developing quality campaign briefs:

    monitors key performance metrics and leads the team to challenge the status quo and create strategic and prescriptive marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

    Oversees and optimizes the day-to-day activities of the service line marketing division, including referring provider events, external and internal relationships, and execution of marketing campaigns

    Required Education:


    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Description


    • Lead and mentor the service line marketing and physician liaison team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the achievement of team goals.
    • Work with the broader marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive campaigns for service lines, in alignment with organizational goals and target demographics.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all service line initiatives.
    • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote our services and generate referrals.
    • Provide training and support to physician liaisons, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to effectively represent Arkansas Children's.
    • Work with data analyst to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for service line marketing campaigns and physician liaison activities, including patient referrals, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Collaborate closely with clinical teams, physician liaisons, patient services, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with patient care delivery, service line expansion, and organizational objectives.
