    Job Title: Sales Account Manager at Amplity Health

    We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Medical Communication business line. As part of a collaborative sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Medical Communications solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize industry connections to drive revenue in a team environment. Your responsibilities will include identifying and fostering new client relationships, creating innovative proposals, and ensuring maximum revenue across various business units within Amplity.

    If you have a proven sales track record in other regions, you are welcome to apply as well.

    As a Sales Account Manager, you will leverage existing communities to grow our Medical Journals and Publishing business pipeline. You can look forward to a competitive base salary, attractive bonus incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in a complex sales environment.
    • Schedule client meetings through various channels like cold calling, emails, and social media.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Amplity Med Comm offerings, especially in Medical Journals and Publishing.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive business growth.
    • Strategize to elevate business towards AOR status.
    • Ensure coverage across all key accounts and brands.
    • Work with Amplity leaders and subject matter experts.
    • Track KPIs systematically to meet sales targets.
    • Provide timely status reports to senior management.
    • Attend industry conferences and propose innovative approaches to challenges.

    Requirements/Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant sales/account management background.
    • Proven success in client account management.
    • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare.
    • Minimum of 5 years in business development/account management.
    • Prior experience in responding to RFPs or RFIs is a plus.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
    • Strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and present effective solutions.
