Cook Responsibilities:

Preparing and organizing ingredients for menu items.
Crafting top-notch meals and dishes following company recipes.
Storing extra food at the correct temperature to prevent spoilage.
Ensuring food portions and presentation align with company standards.
Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as necessary.
Keeping cooking utensils clean before each use.
Sanitizing food prep areas thoroughly.
Supporting fellow cooks to ensure timely completion of food orders.
Effectively addressing any issues with customers' orders.
Adhering to food health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Must possess kitchen experience.
Dependable and collaborative team player.
Prior experience in preparing and cooking an Italian American/gastropub menu is a plus.
