    Description

    Overview:

    Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Traffic Design Engineer for its growing Traffic Planning team in San Antonio, Texas.

    Join our team of experienced traffic and transportation professionals who offer a full spectrum of transportation engineering, planning, and related services through a single source that benefits both public and private clients. Whether youre interested in transportation planning, highway design, bridge engineering, or traffic engineering & ITS, Colliers Engineering & Design will accelerate YOUR success

    Responsibilities:

    Typical projects include the following elements:

    • Traffic Impact Studies.
    • DOT Access Permitting.
    • Parking Studies.
    • Traffic Calming Design.
    • Conceptual Roadway Design.
    • Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Design.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 3-6 years experience.
    • Engineer in Training Certificate required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
    • Strong skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation experience is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • Be able to work on multiple tasks at once.
    • Must thrive in a team setting and have a great attitude.
