    Essential Functions

  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

    Qualifications/Requirements

  • Basic reading and writing.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holiday
  • Regularly lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds, frequently standing up and moving about the facility, bending, stooping, kneeling and handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility.

  • A team player, hard worker, and detail oriented
  • Passionate about cleanliness, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED would be a plus

    Funciones esenciales

  • Realizar una variedad de actividades de limpieza como barrer, trapear, quitar el polvo y pulir.
  • Asegúrese de que todas las habitaciones sean cuidadas e inspeccionadas de acuerdo con los estándares.
  • Proteger el equipo y asegurarse de que no haya insuficiencias.
  • Notificar a los superiores sobre cualquier daño, déficit y perturbaciones.
  • Tratar quejas/solicitudes razonables con profesionalismo y paciencia.
  • Verifique los niveles de existencias de todos los consumibles y reemplácelos cuando sea apropiado.

    Calificaciones/Requisitos

  • Lectura y escritura básicas.
  • Capaz de trabajar en un horario flexible que incluye días, tardes, fines de semana y feriados.
  • Levantar y/o mover regularmente artículos que pesen hasta 50 libras, parándose y moviéndose frecuentemente por las instalaciones, inclinándose, agachándose, arrodillándose y manipulando objetos y equipos para mantener las instalaciones.
  • Trabajador de equipo, trabajador y orientado a los detalles.
  • Apasionado por la limpieza, disfruta del trabajo físico y tiene experiencia laboral previa similar.
  • Un diploma de escuela secundaria o GED sería una ventaja.
