Are you a motivated and results driven individual with a passion for sales? We're seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Liberty Staffing USA. As a Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**

-Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

--Negotiate and close deals, utilizing your excellent communication and persuasion skills.

-Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.

-Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

**Qualifications**

-Previous experience in sales, preferably in staffing.

-Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Self-motivated and goal oriented mindset.

-Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
