Company Overview: Company has grown into a reputable commercial and industrial mechanical contractor with a collaborative culture. With a workforce of 60+ employees, we specialize in various services including Service, Retrofit, and Controls. We have a steady stream of projects in the pipeline, with ambitious growth goals for the coming years.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Operations Manager to lead our service division in the Atlanta market. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing day-to-day operations, enhancing service delivery processes, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
Mentor and manage service technicians to ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.
Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in a service operations or related role within the mechanical contracting industry.
Strong attention to detail and accountability for job processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to lead and motivate a team towards operational excellence.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, plus up to $20,000 in bonuses.
Quarterly and year-end performance bonuses based on departmental performance.

Possible remote flexibility after one year of proven capability.
