Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Streamline processes and optimize workflow within the organization.


  • Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Review and negotiate terms to protect the organization's interests.


  • Support HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. Collaborate with the HR team to address concerns and ensure policy compliance.


  • Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for development.


  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and track contract milestones.


  • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for accurate records and financial data. Assist with financial reporting and budget management.


  • Foster positive relationships with clients, understand their needs, and address concerns. Communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction.


  • Oversee the payroll process for accurate and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for payroll compliance.


  • Assist senior management in various administrative tasks. Offer insights for process improvements.


  • Oversee invoice processing for accuracy and timely payment.


  • Collaborate with HR in recruitment and selection. Manage terminations and exits.


  • Work closely with legal counsel for operational and contract matters.


  • Ensure policy adherence and propose updates as needed.
  • Handle and resolve client issues promptly. Implement measures for prevention.


  • Provide leadership and guidance to the administrative team. Foster a positive work environment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, including payroll management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and relevant software.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
