We are seeking an energetic Account Manager to join our team We are a quickly growing Incentive company with a 40 year history of taking care of our clients.

You will be the main contact person for a select group of our customers and handle all of the day-to-day responsibilities that help develop a long term relationship with each account.

Responsibilities:
Bring a forward thinking and proactive approach to your portfolio of accounts.
Lead the client forward on the growth opportunities available.

Perform the daily tasks associated with each account including data transfer and clean up, preparation of data for printing, and the integrity of the information.

Lead projects through several internal teams.
Resolve customer inquiries.
Develop full knowledge of each account you manage and create a winning relationship with the client.

Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of previous experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or other related fields.
Looking for a strong familiarity in Excel with other Office software programs also being important.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to handle many moving parts and the ability to prioritize many different timelines that are continually changing.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Willingness to bring energy and fun to our internal team of long-term employees.
