    Job Description

    As the primary point of contact for guest interactions in the Restaurant, the Server will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere for guests in the restaurant and provide excellent guest experience.

    The ideal candidate will also be able to prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant customers and will interact with customers, take orders, serve snacks and drinks as necessary and will be passionate about hospitality and have a high level of service skills and interpersonal skills.

    MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY.

    Job Overview

    • Oversee table maintenance
    • Make beverage and dining suggestions and describe the items to guests
    • Take/serve orders and answer all guest inquiries
    • Deliver drinks & food to tables
    • Collaborate with other Lobby Lounge servers, Management and Culinary colleagues
    • Handle complaints or challenges with a positive attitude
    • Issue bills and accept payment
    • Maintain the quality and consistency of the guest experience
    • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
    • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
    • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
    • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
    Requirements

    • Experience in a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment preferred
    • Serviceoriented and passion for hospitality
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Proactive attitude with strong organizational and time management skills


    • Flexible schedule

    • Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Experience as bartender
    • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
    • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
    • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
