We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team, either at a Patient Service Center or in a Client office. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in offering outstanding customer service, conducting expert specimen collections, and representing our company professionally. There are ample opportunities for career advancement within our organization.

Benefits:

Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program

Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $29.78/hr

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm and rotating Saturdays

Work Location: 1304 15th St., Suite 103, Santa Monica, CA 90405

Responsibilities:

Perform blood collections using various techniques for individuals of all ages
Collect specimens for different tests
Accurately enter patient information
Handle billing and payments
Prepare specimens for testing
Maintain records
Deliver exceptional customer service
Perform administrative tasks
Travel to different locations as required

Job Requirements:

Prior experience as a phlebotomist
Proven track record of excellent customer service
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if needed
Willingness to work overtime
Passing a color blindness test
