    Description
    Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
    At least 3 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment
    Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc
    Responsibilities


    As an OCM Consultant for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG (Finance and Controlling, Ariba Supplier Management, Master Data Governance), you will be responsible for supporting the organizational change management activities for a SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG implementation project.

    You will work closely with the OCM Lead, project team, business stakeholders, and end users to assess the impact of the change, design and execute the change management strategy and plan, and facilitate the adoption and readiness of the SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG solution.

    You will also contribute to the development and delivery of effective communication, training, and coaching interventions, and measure and monitor the change outcomes and benefits
    Qualifications

    At least 3 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment

    As an OCM Consultant for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG (Finance and Controlling, Ariba Supplier Management, Master Data Governance), you will be responsible for supporting the organizational change management activities for a SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG implementation project.

    You will work closely with the OCM Lead, project team, business stakeholders, and end users to assess the impact of the change, design and execute the change management strategy and plan, and facilitate the adoption and readiness of the SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG solution.

    You will also contribute to the development and delivery of effective communication, training, and coaching interventions, and measure and monitor the change outcomes and benefits.


    Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in OCM consulting or related roles, preferably in SAP S4 HANA environment
    • Experience in supporting and delivering OCM activities for SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG or related modules, such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, change readiness, communication, training, coaching, etc.
    • Knowledge of SAP FI-CO, Ariba, MDG band usiness processes and functionalities, such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, controlling, supplier lifecycle management, master data governance, etc.
    • Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Certification in OCM methodologies or frameworks, such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc. is a plus
    • You should be residing in Dallas Texas USA or ready to relocate.
