IT Change Manager Opportunity - Fort Worth, TX

IDR is seeking an IT Organizational Change Manager to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in organizational change management program design and implementation.

Desired Experience:

• 4+ years' experience in a Change Management role within an IT department
• Experience with developing and implementing business processes specific to payroll processing
• Experience developing a communication/training plans across an organization, familiar with Project Management tools (PPM Pro, MS Project, etc)
• Proficiency with Excel for business management, statistics, analytics, and project tracking
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, organizational behavior, organizational psychology, or a related field.
