JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Gain a strong understanding of the courses and software used in existing camps and programs to the extent that you can oversee and manage STEAM courses to be delivered yearround
  • Oversee, research, and develop new program curricula, tutorials, and activities for during and afterschool courses and programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal quality and timely completion
  • Coordinate and lead trainings for both internal staff and external constituents who may teach/implement our programs in various capacities and settings
  • Support STEAM camps, courses, test prep, private lessons, and other programs to ensure highquality execution in regards to curriculum support, technical support, staffing, materials, and more
  • Work with the leadership team to develop and execute a plan to increase partnerships with organizations that invest in STEAM education programs
  • Help with staff initiatives and building a staff culture that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation
  • Provide customer service in a friendly, professional, and positive manner

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in STEM Education or a related STEM field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing curricula for children between the ages of 6 and 1
  • Excellent technical writing ability with an emphasis on communication with a predominantly youth audience
  • Clearance of all required background checks
