Compensation:
$1,200 to $1,500/week depending on experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages
Analyze trends, technologies, and competitors to ensure designs are contemporary and effective
Utilize graphic design tools and software to produce highquality images and layouts
Ensure brand consistency throughout all visual designs
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines
Provide expertise in selecting images, typography, layout, and color to improve overall design aesthetic
Review and provide feedback on drafts and final proofs, making necessary adjustments
Take beautiful photos and videos to add to our marketing asset library
Maintain digital files and ensure that finished projects are archived appropriately

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in graphic design or digital marketing
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience and comfort with technology and design tools
Excellent technical writing ability with an emphasis on communication with families
Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a highlevel team
Clearance of all required background checks
