Compensation:
$1,200 to $1,500/week depending on experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing messages
  • Analyze trends, technologies, and competitors to ensure designs are contemporary and effective
  • Utilize graphic design tools and software to produce highquality images and layouts
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout all visual designs
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines
  • Provide expertise in selecting images, typography, layout, and color to improve overall design aesthetic
  • Review and provide feedback on drafts and final proofs, making necessary adjustments
  • Take beautiful photos and videos to add to our marketing asset library
  • Maintain digital files and ensure that finished projects are archived appropriately

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in graphic design or digital marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Experience and comfort with technology and design tools
  • Excellent technical writing ability with an emphasis on communication with families
  • Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
  • Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a highlevel team
  • Clearance of all required background checks
