    As an inside sales and visual communications specialist, you will have a unique and crucial role in driving sales and effectively communicating messages through visual content. Your ability to build relationships, close deals, and create visually compelling materials will contribute to FASTSIGNS Centerville overall success. What you can expect for this position to entail:

    Duties:
    • Answer phones, monitor email and Click-2-Sell accounts, communicate with clients, graphics and production staff.
    • Capture customers requirements to include colors, fonts and graphic effects customer would like to include.
    • Understand client timelines and communicate to the graphics and production.
    • Create accurate estimates, orders and work orders based on the client requirements.
    • Identify and generate sales leads by monitoring, researching and identifying potential customers or clients through various channels, including online research, lead generation tools, and networking.
    • Build and maintain customer relationships by developing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any inquiries or issues.
    • Proactive Sales by conducting sales calls and meetings. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce products or services, present sales pitches, and answer any questions or concerns.
    • Manage the Sales pipeline track and manage sales opportunities in the tools provided, and follow up with leads to ensure timely progress through the sales funnel.
    • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives by effectively closing deals and securing new business opportunities.
    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Proficiency with computer software and web-based applications.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and customers.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and achieve targets.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in a similar role or a portfolio showcasing relevant design work is preferred.
