As an Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of the sales team at our headquarters in Immenstadt in the Allgäu region. You will be responsible for managing business customers in the tourism sector, primarily tourism destinations, and advising them on destination development and marketing. Our common goal is to advance the digitization of outdoor tourism and, together with our partners, provide unforgettable and sustainable outdoor experiences for all.

  • You will be responsible for acquiring and managing customers from the tourism industry in Germany. You will support our customers in achieving their goals with our network, technology, and your expertise.
  • You will be responsible for the development of the digital B2B sales process. Together with a young and dynamic team, you will work on scaling the business model and contribute to the sustainable success of the company.
  • Your focus will be on developing, implementing, and optimizing strategic inside sales processes, as well as maintaining and utilizing customer data management CRM to improve lead management.
  • You will create customer profiles, cluster them into customer groups, derive tailored communication measures, and manage the implementation of these measures.
