    Description


    Local, family owned and operated manufacturer of convertible tops for cars is looking for someone to fill a production leadership role The beautiful state of art facility is in Charlotte and they currently run only 1 shift This company is on track to have the best year in their 60+ year history Come be a part of the team and help make a difference in production and efficiency.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the production process by streamline processes and if necessary even operating machinery.
    • Run and create reports using Excel-Create data analysis using Quickbooks Enterprise
    • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking materials.
    • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
    • Collaborate with team other management team members to meet production goals.

    Experience:

    • Cut and Sew Experience is required
    • Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus.
    • Experience with Excel

    Skills:
    Strong computer skills including Excel

    Ability to do time studies and create more efficiency in work flow.

    • Experience in a manufacturing environment with cutting and shaping materials.
    • Ability to fabricate and assemble products accurately and efficiently.
    • Familiarity with cut and sew operations, including inventory management and material handling.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.
    • Knowledge of hand tools and their proper usage.
    • Experience operating a forklift is a plus.

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $65, $75,000.00 per year
