    Description

    Linecraft.AI is a seed funded Industrial IoT product startup started by two serial
    entrepreneurs in the manufacturing sector with 30+ years of experience in the
    domain. Our unique technology collects and analyzes large amounts of data from
    industrial machines and recommends ways to optimize efficiency using machine
    learning and domain expertise.

    Our mission is to help manufacturers squeeze out more productivity from their
    production lines. We identify opportunities, which are hidden from the human
    eye, using our one of a kind algorithm. Our product presents these opportunities
    to the users apart from other features centered around the collected data,
    augmenting their workflows and empowering them to make informed decisions.
    Key customers include Ford, Fiat, Peugeot, CNH and more. The product has
    already demonstrated unprecedented business value to our early customers. Early
    employees include alumni from MIT(Boston), BITS (Pilani), IIT (Bombay) & Uppsala
    (Sweden) with experience working at Google, Amazon, Oracle, upGrad etc.

    Job Description:

    • The Sales Manager is responsible for the sale of the Client product suite to its manufacturing based customers in the United States of America.
    Responsibilities:
    • Developing and managing channel partners and representatives and ensuring direct sale of the Client product to key customers and accounts.
    • Leading the sales process to achieve the sales and revenue targets set for the geography.
    • Establishing productive and long lasting relationships with key personnel in various customer accounts.
    • Monitoring and analyzing the performance metrics and suggesting improvements.
    • Conducting extensive market research to gather business intelligence, identify new potential customers and market opportunities.
    • Liaising with the respective teams to ensure brand consistency.
    • Keeping abreast of new products and technologies and ensuring the directly involved team is onboard as well.
    • Using your creativity and thorough knowledge to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
    • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate in Engineering from a reputed university.
    • 7+ years of industry experience of which at least 4 years should be in Industrial/Enterprise sales.
    • At least 3+ years of experience selling new technologies [starting with concept selling] to key industrial customers.
    • Experience in managing and leading a team to success.
    • Experience developing leads and delivering sales targets efficiently.
    • A dynamic and energetic personality that helps you build and develop relationships with management level personnel.
    • Possess the ability to anticipate resistance and are prepared with the right data & knowledge to overcome such resistance.
    • Data driven problem solver. You have a logical problem solving mind and are able to clearly present your arguments and thoughts in an easy to understand manner.
    • Willing to travel as required.
    Preferred:
    • Experience handling Automotive customers - especially OEM's & Tier 1's.
    • Experience in Information Technology / SaaS product sales.
    • Start-up enthusiast with a penchant for fast paced work environments.
