Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager who has experience in the janitorial supply and paper industry, to join our team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities

Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, account management, and sales
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve sales targets
• Experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred
